Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. We follow strict ethical guidelines. Your identity and everything you share during sessions is 100% confidential and secure. We do not record sessions.
How do online sessions work?
Once you book a slot, we will send you a secure link (Zoom or Google Meet). You can join from your phone or laptop. Ensure you have a good internet connection and a quiet space.
What are the payment methods?
We accept payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct Bank Transfer (Meezan/HBL). Payment is required before the session to confirm the slot.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes, if you prefer, you can use a nickname and keep your camera off for audio-only sessions. Your comfort is our priority.
Do you prescribe medication?
Our psychologists provide therapy (talk therapy) and cannot prescribe meds. However, our Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr. Saad, is a medical doctor and can prescribe medication if necessary.
Is therapy available in Urdu?
Yes, all our therapists are fluent in Urdu and English. Some also speak Punjabi and Pashto.
What if I have connection issues?
We understand internet in Pakistan can be unstable. If a connection drops significantly, we can reschedule the remaining time or switch to a WhatsApp audio call.
