Attia Altaf - Lead Therapist

Meet Attia Altaf

Clinical Psychologist

I am Attia Altaf, a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with over 8 years of experience in helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health in Pakistan.

My journey began when I noticed the huge gap in accessible mental health care in our country. Social stigma, traffic, and high costs often prevent people from seeking help.

"Healing with Attia" was born out of a desire to create a safe, non-judgmental digital space where you can share your burden without fear. Whether it's societal pressure, academic stress, or marital issues, I am here to listen.
